The form asks for your name, email, phone, arrival and departure, party size, and a message. The page sends that to info@cascadescamps.com through the web server's mail. The site does not keep a database of guests. If the server cannot send the message, it may save a copy in a private folder on the host so the camp can still read it. That folder is not part of the public site.
The signup box asks for a name and an email address so the camp can send the next flyer. The address is used for that list. It is not sold or handed to another business.
Each form has a field people cannot see. It is there to catch automated junk. If it is filled in, the message is discarded.
A Google Analytics 4 tag is ready in one file, and it stays off until the camp pastes in a real measurement ID. While that ID is still the placeholder, the site does not load Google's script and does not set analytics cookies. When the ID is real, Google may set cookies under its own policy.
